Bonfire Night

I will always love bonfire night in Swansea. Watching Swansea's firework display from the beach, huddled around a little bonfire... It's special. When you look down the beach and see the little orange specks glowing and you know that hundreds of other people are there for the same reason as you are, drinking and laughing and keeping warm against the cold. And then there's a kind of hush when the fireworks are exploding in the sky, the colours lighting up the faces of people you love and the people you've never met. This year's display was pretty spectacular and I couldn't drag my eyes away from the sky. There's something so magical about those colour explosions lighting up the sky.
